This PROGRAM will:
Enneagram Typing and Application
Each trainee will complete the Integrative Enneagram iEQ9 Standard Report and tap the wisdom of the Enneagram to maximize unique talents and to minimize blind spots.
75-Minute Zoom Group Training Sessions
Each trainee will receive four 75-minute group training sessions via Zoom to learn, connect and grow together. Group sessions will be the perfect mix of lecture, connection, coaching and reflection.
45-Minute Private Coaching Session
Each trainee will receive one 45-minute 1:1 coaching session to debrief their Enneagram assessment and work with Whitney to resolve 1-2 current leadership challenges.
Enneagram & Leadership Workbook
Each client will receive a course workbook as well as weekly homework assignments that focus on skill-building, self-reflection and professional growth.
On-Demand Support
Each trainee will have access to coaching between sessions via email for on-the-ground training and support.
Outside the four live 75-minute group training sessions, this program requires devoted time and attention to completing homework assignments. Reflection and study between sessions is an essential part of learning and building a strong leadership foundation. Live sessions are weekly for four weeks with roughly 30-45 minutes of homework in between.

Enneagram Basics:
The Enneagram is a powerful emotional intelligence system that details nine unique ways humans are motivated. These core motivations are the lenses through which you see the world. Each lens has a different way of thinking, feeling and doing.
What makes the Enneagram different from other assessment is its emphasis on core motivation, rather than just behavior. If self-intelligence were a tree, the Enneagram educates what is at the roots, not just the branches. What motivates you is the driver of all your behavior.
