This program helps clients answer questions like: “What do I want? Is it time for me to move on? How do I transform my passions into meaningful work? What gives me a strong sense of duty, purpose and meaning? How do I navigate my career path with oomph, purpose and clarity?” The four cardinal directions of a purposeful career help clients reduce decision fog and fatigue and increase decision clarity and confidence.

Marco Polo is a free video messaging app I utilize for on-demand coaching. Clients send videos of questions, thoughts, insights and current problems they are solving. I respond when available with coaching by sending a video in return.

Will there be homework?

Yes. Coaching is a commitment of time, money and effort. Homework, or success assignments, are tools and assignments I provide between sessions to expand growth and learning towards your goals.
Can my company pay for this?

Absolutely! I highly recommend each client make a request for their employer to sponsor their development through coaching. Coaching is an investment made directly in your success.
Is entering into a contract with you something we could try out for a month or two or is the 5-month contract term a requirement?

I offer an Enneagram package for $295 total that can serve as an "intro month" if desired.
